MY STORY
I spent my early childhood in Guam and then moved to Florida when I was ten. I went to high school and college there, where I graduated with a B.S. in Biology. After graduating, I spent a semester teaching English and science at a high school on the island of Chuuk. I spent a year in the U.S. after that, and then moved to Budapest in the fall of 2015, where I’ve been teaching at a bilingual program since! I teach grades 1 through 4; the educational system here is such that a primary school “main class” teacher teaches multiple subjects to one class of children for four consecutive years. So this year, I’m teaching English, math, science, arts & craft to a third grade class, who I taught in the second grade last year!
